The Forwarding Conditions of the Netherlands (also known as the ‘De Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden'), latest version as deposited, at the Court registry of the District Court of Rotterdam on 4 January 1999 are applicable on all our offers and transactions. In the matter of a (combined) agreement of transport, storage stevedoring, repair or other activities, for each individual part, of the offer c.q. agreement the designated general conditions are applicable, respectively, the last version of the ‘Bevrachtingsvoorwaarden 1991' as deposited at the District Court of Rotterdam, the ‘Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002' deposited at the District Court of Rotterdam and the 'General Conditions for Bulkgood-Stevedores', deposited at the District Court of Rotterdam under number 505, as well as the ‘Metaal Unie Voorwaarden', latest version deposited at the District Court of Rotterdam. These conditions shall be mailed on first request without any costs involved.
