The forwarding Conditions of The Netherlands (also known as ’De Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden’), latest version as deposited, at the Count registry of the District Court of Rotterdam on 4 January 1999 are applicable on all our offers and transactions. In the matter of a (combined) agreement of transport,storage stevedoring, repair or other activities, for each individual part, of the offer c.q agreement the designated general conditions are applicable, respectively, the last version of the “Bevrachtingsvoorwaarden 1991” as deposited at the District Court of Rotterdam, the “Algemene Vervoerscondities 1983” which conditions were changed on January 31, 1994 and the General Conditions for Bulkgood-Stevedores, deposited at the District Court of Rotterdam under number 505, as well as the ‘’Metaal Unie Voorwaarden’’ latest version. Deposited at the District Court of Rotterdam on 1 September 1993. These conditions shall be mailed on first request without any costs involved.
