Dear customer,
As already announced, the merger between UCT and WHT will be formalized per January 1st 2010 in the joint-venture United Waalhaven Terminals.
With positive advices from the labor councils and positive decisions of the respective shareholders, no barriers are left to create the largest storage and repair facility for empty containers in Rotterdam.

Arie Koppelaar will also stay active for the full container activities of Barge Center Waalhaven and Waalhaven Botlek Terminal. Attached you will find a more detailed overview of the new organization.
No major organizational or IT related changes are planned the 1st quarter 2010. The existing contacts will stay in place as well as the locations where the containers are stored at this moment. We will inform you as soon as the integration process will include changes for our customers.
It is the intention of UWT and their shareholders to create a wider range of services for our customers whether it will be storage capacity, multiple locations, EDI connections, related products as CFS and Customs services and off course the full container activities of BCW and the Waalhaven Botlek Terminal.
As a highly appreciated customer of UCT or Waalhaven Terminal we hope to welcome you at United Waalhaven Terminals and to build up a partnership for many years to come.
| Yours sincerely, |
|
