The Forwarding Conditions of the Netherlands (also known as the De Nederlandse Expeditievoorwaarden), latest version, are applicable on all our offers and transactions. In the matter of a (combined) agreement of transport, storage stevedoring, repair or other activities, for each individual part of the offer c.q. agreement, the designated general conditions are applicable, as well as the Algemene Vervoerscondities 2002, the General terms and conditions of the Rotterdam Terminal Operators’ Association (VRTO), filed at the Registry of the District Court of Rotterdam on 2 September 2009 and the latest version of the HCRA conditions. These conditions shall be mailed on first request without any costs involved.
