Our mission
It is the mission of the Waalhaven Group to take a leading position in the port of Rotterdam in the area of (empty) container storage and repair, intermodal transport and container handling for inland shipping and shortsea, mainly following the deep-sea transshipment of containers to/from the Maasvlakte and Antwerp.
The Waalhaven Group has terminals in the Eem/Waalhaven area, Botlek and in Born (L) for the services to her customers. In addition, the group has a Customs office, Waalhaven Douane Service, as administrator of the Customs licenses for the terminals as well as an independent service provider for the processing of customs documents, customs clearences and fiscal representation.
